1. The solution is nothing but water. If you mean how to make a syringe, first you will need a print. Then Do a search on Syringe TEKS under spore printing and syringe preparation.
2. I assume you are doing PF Cakes, which should have little or no light during Incubation. During Fruiting, however, try here.
3. For humidity i would suggest perlite. But others will probably disagree.
4. With loose or tight lids do you mean loose being rubber side up, and tight being rubber side down? iF thats what you mean, then its all personal preference. I do rubber side up.
5. Handle them as little as possible and BE GENTLE!!!

Yes, thats what he said, and he is correct. Anything other then water, that has nutrients, and the spores will germinate, lessining the life of your syringe.

Well you need spores to put into the syringe. The vendors for this website sell spore prints and ready made spore syringes. You can't just inject water, you need to buy spores.

You planned on starting before you had spores? Where exactly would the mushrooms come from?
This sounds like the asking if he steralized poo and left it in a airtight container would mushrooms grow...
