Incubation Chamber Temperature

The temperature in my friend's incubation chamber (for my jars) got up to 93 degrees farenheit for about 12 hours... Is that enough to completely kill the spores in his jars?

thermal death occurs at around 104F...some strains actually like it hot...a friend's mycologist colleague noticed accelerated mycelial growth with koh samui at temperatures around 87F - 90F...86F is the recommended safe limit though...
