blueish green growth

Hey first grow. Have had my cakes in my grow room for a week and they have this blueish green stuff growing on them. Cakes had some bruising after the dunk but no noticeable mold. Am I contaminated?

i don't have much experience in mycelium but i am quite positive that any growth that is that color is bad news.

Awesome Thread

I definitely prefer the taste of fresh mushrooms to the dried one.

It has that powdery look to it and appears between white areas, not on them, so I say it's mold. Throw them out or bury them in your garden ASAP since they are constantly releasing spores that will stay around to infect your next grow.
