You can lift up on the cactus and see if it holds the pot...if it does, it's probably rooted. You can also take it out and check for roots/root nubs, I do that quite a bit while rooting cuttings. If no roots, I just put it back into dry media and wait. If it has roots it goes into soil and bigger pot and gets watered a few days to a week after that.
Ok, good, great. Thank you.

Can mescaline be detected in your saliva. Another thing I'm going to be starting drug testing at comunicare for the next five to six months. Do you know what drug test they provide? Would I be safe in assuming they won't test for psychedelics like mescaline in their drug tests?

I'm moving to California in a week! Taking some of my plants for now and the rest after I get situated! Looking forward to planting them in ground!

It really depends on what Quote:

Really depends on how in-depth they want to test. There are varying degrees of panels -3 panel, 5 panel, 10 panel ect. If you can find out what test they use it would be a good starting point. Iβm pretty sure that basic tests for basic reasons wonβt do tests that cover those kinds of compounds unless they are specifically looking at them because of your previous actions. More panels =more expensive Iβd think. More lab work.
Do your research and make smart decisions. Might just be your best bet to hold off for the next few months.

Those panel tests don't test for mescaline. He could have easily found that on Google

I also found this, Mescaline specific urine tests, which says maximum detection is 2-3 days after use.
So seems to me that even if they were to test for mescaline, which Iβd be willing to bet they arenβt, that if you were strategic and not wreckless you would be okay.

Sorry, I read that this morning and saw it came across harsher than intended. What I'd intended was that other places might offer more help than this thread. Please subtract the shitty attitude from my previous response.

Ok they test for 5 things if im not mistaken. And take my word for it as ive worked in an industry that tests a lot. Marijuana, cocaine, opiates, benzos and amphetamines. These are the most common. It all depends on the industry. Google everuthing else man. This is a thread for trichos

These are Matucana Pach from JN wild collected seed. I'm not sure the JN#, but they're "Doortip" and "Death Falls".

Looks like there's some peruvianus genetics in them to me. Would almost expect that since they're open pollinated from the wild. I really like the look of some of them so far though. The slugs apparently like the taste of some of them too.

Do I have to be worried about the yellowish areas at the base? They seem to be a bit soft, but I am not really sure about that. Also they are coming from dormancy, so they stand dry and are dehydrated.

They seem fine. Thats the soil lone right there. But as you said they are dehydrated. So give them a good soak and post back
