Who told you that was macrogonus? That looks like a TPM to me. Apparently there are a lot of mislabeled plants out there that people have called macrogonus. At this point I think macrogonus is just peruvianus.
Nitrogen: TPM (Trichocereus peruvianus Monstrose) https://trichocereusnet.wordpress.com/tag/tpm/
Btw that's awesome that it's starting to crest for you
Not sure about the damage on the bridge, looks like corking. I guess it could be fungal damage.

I got a mold issue on my germination tray. I've got like ten different trichs germinating and I did sterilize my substrate. Could I sprinkle some cinnamon on the dirt and mist with some diluted h202? Got some on my LW germinating tray too :/

Maybe try adding some kind of living organics to your soil mix, like mycorhizal fungi and other pro biotics.. It's almost impossible to keep it clean, in my mind you kind of just have to populate it with good things so bad things can't get in.
Like the shaman said, h202 already comes cut for people, works good on random unwanteds. I personally add a little bit of water cause I'm cheap.

Noticed there are roots beginning to come through the holes at the bottom of my terracotta pots. The cacti have only been in them for 5 months so this is surprising to me. Does that mean I should repot? I assume they still have horizontal space for their roots...
If I do have to repot, can i reuse the dirt? Thanks
Here they are in the pots:

Also recently bought some jones juice, so we will see how that goes. It has been foggy here recently, which means they are unfortunately only getting four hours of sun

Personally I would re-pot. I reused the soil when I repotted mine not that long ago. Just took it out and placed it on some new soil mix into a bigger pot.
Not sure what yours are but my bridgesii filled out there pots fast.

I just planted my first Trichocereus garden last week. It's only day 9 from planting seeds and I got great germination already. I started with: 100 bridgesii 125 peruvianus 125 pachanoi 25 tarmaensis
Quick question, Some of the bridgesii are lighter green and some look a bit pink, are they getting too much light? All the others look nice and green I don't have a very strong light on them, just a 13w led. I'll post some pics later.

How did you go about germinating your seeds? Takeout tek? Or like a seedling tray? The color you're describing sounds like stress from light that's too intense, them anthocyanins.
