Mine didn't take more than a week and a half or so more than my half pints, but only two of my 14 jars were 1 pint jars so I don't have much to compare it to.

Usually my 1 pint jars take 2 weeks if they are kept in excellent conditions. 85-86 degree temp. all the time. But lately since the temp. outside has been nice out I've been letting them grow anywhere between 60 and 80 degrees. With that wide of a variation, mine will take 3-4 weeks;-)

No rush for me...just as long as the come:-)
