Testing multiple file selection and progress bar for image uploads 6

When uploading images, people frequently request the ability to pick multiple files in the selection box. For a long time this wasn't possible, but I am testing a new version of the upload script where this feature is available. (You can do it by shift/ctrl-clicking multiple files, or by dragging a box around the ones you want to select.)
I also fixed the upload progress meter, which had been broken since summer.
These features should work with the latest release version of any modern browser. If you've been stubbornly sticking with Firefox 4.0 or something you won't notice any difference, but it should still function as well as it ever did.
Please give it a try and report any bugs or problems!

How did you write the script Bash? it does not work on my end. The progress bar works but the images do not want to post.

Working well!
I just noticed though that the quality setting for the thumbnails seems to be set to very low, making the thumbnails of the pictures I uploaded look very ugly.

Can you please describe what happens when you try? You're using IE9, correct? I didn't have a copy of that but I tested with IE8 and it worked for me...
