you need to read the PFTEK 10 more times if your still wondering if you can sterilize BRF? You might want to mix the two together and not worry about putting your verm in the oven unless you are ready to case...I really dont think you are ready to case anything for at least three weeks...In the meantime just help yourself to some Happy happy dinner rolls...Bon~appetite

If you are that worried about contams and don't have a pc, try this:

http://www.shroomery.org/index/par/23372

It's called fractional steriliztion.

C'mon you guys have to have read the post with the guy who NEVER BOILED or INOCULATED his jars, and then put them in his closet for safe keeping. Three days later they were full of COBWEB and he thought it was MYCELIUM that magically grew from spores that floated into his jars! The poor fucker was so excited that even though everyone told him he had jars full of contams, he decided to CASE them anyway! The saddest thing about the whole thing is that it has happened twice! Two completely different people both thought they were fucking geniuses for growing mushrooms without even touching a pc or a syringe! OMFG that shit is funny!

if you really want to sterilize it, you can use your microwave if you have one, try searching for microwave sterilization.  However like mentioned earlier most people dont pre sterilize verm, simply boil or pressure cook it in the jars, why add an extra step if you dont have to.

good luck and keep us posted

Badmouthing Jerry Garcia shure fucked your ratings and you cannot even spell Irridated right...My advice to you is to not say anything about the Dead unless it is something positive.

Irradiated Feces, why did you feel it was necessary to give TxTec a 1 shroom rating? Now who's being the asshole? I don't understand why you would do that with this comment:
Quote:

Cheers Asshole!
I'm a shit head for not worshipping Garcia? get a life cum dumpster

I don't think he was calling you shithead, I think he was making a play-on-words with your name. You are calling yourself Irradiated_Feces, how can you get mad when someone plays along?

You really won't get very far if you have this attitude. Hope your growing project comes along okay though. Welcome to the Shroomery.
