I am not sure on this, but usually mycelium like this is caused by too low of a percentage of humidity, but I could be wrong.

fruitbodies are merely densely packed mycelium..
a little mycelium on the stem near the bottom is normal and nothing to worry about

What did you expect to find inside a shroom? Gold! of course theres gonna be mycelium looking like stuff in there. Its normal, some are a lil more hollow then others, B+ is really hollow for instince

Thanks for the comments. I know the question may have sounded a little stupid, but everytime I've ever gotten shrooms they have either been hollow inside, or sliced up the middle from the bottom to the top with nothing inside - just the "skin". Thanks again.
