closing your eyes :o

Do you guys randomly close your eyes and take some deep breathes for a few minutes a day to think, relax, and reflect? I do it alot it before i trip, or when I want to get spiritual helps me concentrate alot better! just thot I would share.. ;|

yeah, i find even a few minutes of meditative breathing makes the day go ALOT smoother.
