I'm not looking for quotations. Purely educated opinions are best at this hour. Let me lay it out there..
What's up with Dennis Rodman hanging out with Kim at a time when you read about North Korea wanting to plow some nukes into anyone with a bigger dick?
edit: DPRK not PRNK

I guess I'll start..
I would not consider myself a political pundit or news jocky by any stretch of the imagination. I get a few tid bits of the news here and there between browsing discussions on psychedelics and reading about technowizardry, but I can't quite grasp why Dennis Rodman of all people is visiting with the lead media figure of north korea at a time when I see all these headlines pooping up in the noose about north korea wanting to pre-emptively strike some nukes into the heart of the world?
Is rodman that lost to the populace of america that he wants to go smoke blunts with kim? Is he a secret embassador that will save the world from the next nuclear war? what's going on here?

I'm more curious as to why they allowed him to come over. North Korea has a thing for keeping out westerners. Maybe Rodman is a secret Korean.

Yeah, it's pretty weird. I don't know if you've seen that Vice special about getting inside north korea but the only way the guy got into north korea was to go to a city north of the border of korea in china and then bribe his way in. Once inside it was like a ghost town from what they showed on the mini documentary.
for reference:
And now all of a sudden you're telling me that North Korea just lets Rodman in like nothing's up? I heard kim is a basketball fan and all but what the fuck? the timing is like lightning

Yeah, that's a good video. The hysterics surrounding Kim Jong Il's death really made it obvious that these people are absolutely brainwashed.
I believe after Un took over his hermit kingdom the government announced the rediscovery of an ancient unicorn lair which confirmed Un's right to power.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012/nov/30/unicorn-lair-discovered-north-korea
They had this up on the DPRK national news website, but I've lost the link.

Kim jong il loves basketball. He had an obsession with michael jordan, and id imagine his love of basketball is shared by his son.
I guess kim jong il constantly wanted michael jordan to visit north korea, and he wouldnt.
This is probably a similar thing.

Kim Jong Un loves basketball and finds Dennis Rodman fascinating so he invited him to North Korea. That's about all there is to it.

So then you're saying it's similar to the hate of america from a lot of countries? They are strongly opposed to the loud mouth global bull shit spouting media hungry blabber cats but they are cool with the crazy normal people of america?
