TimeWave Zero
    #1791957 - 08/08/03 11:40 AM (20 years, 7 months ago)

Im listening to mckenna talk about TMZ and it sounds good and all, but I cant help but think he has found all the spikes in his chart, and found a corrosponding date to match it with. He died in april 2000 i believe, does anyone know enough about timewave zero to be able to tell if using the end date 12/22/2012, does september 11th, 2001 have any dramatical impact?

Just a bit curious

I've explored this. Yes, there is a very large spike on that date. The graphs for that day as well peak at the early morning of the eastern timezone. There is another spike of slightly lesser magnitude approaching in October. July was 2003's most novel month.

Graph for 09/11/2000 - 12/12/2003, Zero date 12/21/2012. Indicator @ 09/10/2001

Graph for 09/10/2001 - 09/12/2001, Zero date 12/21/2012. Indicator @ 09/11/2001 06:16 MST (08:16 EST)

Graph for 09/11/2000 - 12/12/2003, Zero date 12/21/2012. Indicator @ 03/19/2003, Two days after the UN resolution is abruptly withdrawn. On this date, the order is given to enter Iraq.

Graph for 09/11/2000 - 12/12/2003, Zero date 12/21/2012. Indicator @ 10/31/2003. Run for the hills!

Hmm....I thought that the closer the line is to the horizontal axis, the more novelty. It dips into novelty rather than climbs. I think.

I don't really buy into Timewave Zero. I mean what really constitutes "novelty"? And from whose perspective? I recently went on holiday for 4 weeks, and that time was very novel for me, but I would be surprised if everyone else experienced such a change.

Another problem I have with it is that McKenna actually chose the end date by fitting the graph around what he believed to be significant historical events. The whole thing is extremely arbitrary.

what is the significance of a "spike" in the graph? is that predicting some sort of tragedy, or what?
