spwan question?

ok its very simple i first fruited grain (unknow type) as a cake then after 2nd flush i spwaned to straw cased and fruited one flush but then bue to neglect i cat cobweb so now i would like to take the botem 3/4th of the straw caseing and spwan that to poop. that final step in the part in question. dose that seem ok to you guys or is there some flaw that i am missing?

How deep into the straw is it? Is just the casing layer funky?

You could definitely spray down the meanies w/ some h2o2 and (carefully) salvage most of the straw. I've heard that a good spraying of the top of the straw and container walls would be good too.
