Sorry, your post is pretty confusing, So you quit using drugs to get a job and traded a phone with a guy to find out he was a cop from evidence on the phone you acquired ?
And now you want to find out how to safely use a phone to talk about drugs ?
Best bet is don't use a phone to talk about drugs, don't use Facebook to talk about drugs and don't use MSN. They can all log your conversations and hand them over to police if requested. Best bet is to call the person or talk in person, as they cant record your phone calls without a warrant.
Stay safe.

Don't use cell phones for drug deals.
Encrypt when on the internet and don't use traceable banks.
It's hard to get paranoid about things when you don't put yourself at risk in the first place.

Absolutely never ever talk about drugs on your mobile phone.
Unless, of course, you're posting on the shroomery!

Who even mentioned quantity? No need to be a pretentious douche. What I was asking was what exactly do you mean by banks that aren't traceable?

In the book "marijuana law" it is stated that cell phone signals do not need a warrant to be intercepted since they travel through public air space. Or something like that. I don't know anything about this, or if law enforcement has technology ready available to do this.

Warrants? They dont need warrants for that these days if you talk to people outside of the USA. Jewel v. NSA is the last hope for people in the USA to have any sort of telecommunications privacy.

This gem was in my news feed this morning via another site... Have an iPhone? Ever wondered how much personal info it keeps around just waiting for LE to search through it?
Now you know!
