Looks good. Mycelium likes to bush out after a good dunking. Nothin to do but fan and wait *edit* Your humidity may be high. Fan fan fan.

are all the cakes like that or is it just that one? what is the temperature in the fruiting chamber?? either your humidity and temperature are really high or you got a case of cobweb mold...it kinda looks like healthy rhizomorphic mycelium but i'm not sure...is the fuzz pure white or is it kind of a dingy grey? compare it with these pictures

Those cakes look fine. The one in the first picture looks like it's starting to grow knots (that's a good thing). You'll be seeing pins soon. 
BTW, you can't have too much humidity with cakes.
