They didn't release him. They traded him.

Obviously the backup wont be smiths caliber because smith is meant to be a starter. Having him as a backup would be fucked up. I wish him well because hes from the U of U but not too well because hes in the same division as Denver.

All the talk is about them upgrading at Corner. Receivers definitely need some work too. If they can nab a good corner and maybe a good skill player watch out man.

I think their receivers are good overall, a better than average tandem.

Carlos Rogers had a really unexpected off year, which could be due to his nagging ankle injury. I expect him to bounce back like the beast he's been for most of his career.
