Does anyone know a good pricing structure for fresh Reishi? I have several people inquiring currently. What would you consider a decent price for "retail" and "wholesale"? Any relevant info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks as always.

Look online. You can buy it in bulk for under 2$ an oz dried. Or you can sell it retail from 3-4$ per ounce dry at your local farmers market.
Physical form is important as I believe antler reishi do sell better then the conks

In my experience, people will pay practically anything for fresh locally grown reishi. We were charging $10 an oz for our wild harvest reishi last summer. Not many people were interested, but the ones that were went nuts over it. We had a massive 6.5 oz reishi that a lady dropped $60 on to put on her mantel as an ornament.(we weren't going to sell it, but she was so excited we had to give it to her) haha

Best price I could find online for dried bulk was $50/lb after shipping. I really am speaking of fresh reishi as I do not have the required certified kitchen in which to dry them. I am just wondering if anyone has had any experience with it and what type of price was appropriate.
Does anyone believe the fresh reishi would be found desirable? If so could that command a better price? I am not out to make a fortune, just enough to advance the cause.

Fresh reishi, esp antlers, are desirable and valuable but ya gotta find the market. You can actually prepare and eat the tender reishi tips which sell for fifty six a pound where i live (wild harvested tsugae) NOte: they definitely give some folks the runs...

I am in an area rich with Asian communities. Could be just the market, or so I hope.
By "tender tips" do you mean just the white portion? I ask as any portion that is red tends to be very fibrous to me. It sounds like a heck of a price per pound though. Any idea what sort of price to put on whole antlers?

bumping for self interest, I was wondering with a small bulk grow - like 100 5 or 10lb logs, would it be easy to get rid of at farmer's markets or sell bulk to someone like a pill manufacturer? Anyone with experience? In semi-rural TN I'm not sure. If antlers are lucritive enough it may be worth it to invest in bags instead of homemade logs.

you need a usda certified kitchen to dry them. check here for current market pricing for wild foraged shrooms. this is my pal alan muskat, the mushroom man's site. http://www.notastelikehome.org he gets a pretty penny for them. find the product link for pricing

Exactly my point. So many ppl have boated as to there success selling dry products, but no one ever seems to speak of there USDA inspected kitchen. I am working on getting a three partition sink currently just so I can start to look down that road. I have had success in the past week lining up buyers for fresh but the timing is a hassle since they grow so slow.
Thanks for the link Amanita, just the sort of info I was hoping for.
