hi everybody! been reading all there is about drying and the tupperware dessicant chamber looks to be the best. but wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to dry other ways? as well as what kind of potency loss will there be if the mushroom matures completely? read that they're not as potent but wondering if let to mature past the veil breaking, what kind of potency would be seen? thanks for the help, drying is the key question

Yeah I know some people are just so inconsiderate to others that they'll go on and on and just not give a fuck about what they're saying it's like crazy when I finally sit down at my computer and read it though because I have no idea what I was trying to say at the time -Mr.Sleep

lol.... omni from my understanding you can use a food dehydrator at low temperature setting (95f or lower) with limited potency loss. Also, I don't think there is potency loss for late harvest, just less potent per weight. There are arguments for potency loss due to drying but I believe they are negligent to the average person. err I mean: lol omni from my understanding you can use a food dehydrator at low temperature setting (95f or lower) with limited potency loss also I don't think there is potency loss for late harvest just less potent per weight there are arguments for potency loss due to drying but I believe they are negligent to the average person.

I think if you measured the potency pre-drying and post-drying you might find some decrease, but like I said it's negligible.

Do this: Put mushrooms on fan, let dry for 24-48 hours. Then throw in a closed container on some egg crate with damprid. I posted the exact same thing I just typed about an hour ago. REDUNDANCY REDUNDANCY!

As long as the Grammer Police have shown up to school omniscientlore, the lesson should at least be correct. By omitting the subject of each of his sentences (which I interpret to be implied as himself), Omni is in fact using sentence fragments rather than run-on sentences.
