75 F or 83 F for colonization?

This question is based towards anyone who has used the 2 container incubator with a water heater...

If there's a temperature guage in the second container where the jars are incubating, and it's reading 83 degrees F, my question is this.... is it common for the bottom of jars to get dried out if the temps go higher then 80 degrees F?

Just curious to see if 80+ is high enough to do such a thing...

sure. no problem for 83 .but try to measure with another temp.its not that easy to understand that dried in the bottom for a newbie.

The temperature in my incubator is 83 degress and I don not have a problem with drying out.
