Know of something cool to watch or listen to when high/tripping/drunk? Post it here!
Sorry for being such a forum spammer, I just have a lot of things to say right now for some reason....
Song - Paul Oakenfold - "Southern Sun" Video - (Music Videos) The White Stripes - "Fell In Love With a Girl" and "Seven Nation Army"

I have seen a few people mention "Shpongle", I found a few mp3's and they are amazing...
Shpongle Falls is a cool song that I heard. I was getting very cool CEV's earlier tonight, I was pretty blunted but the music was key. First time I've ever had visuals with pot. :>
If you are in a more agressive mood, check out any music by Hieroglyphics, Del, or the Souls of Mischief. 93' Till Infinity... the whole album is dope. Bay Area Hip Hop.

high/tripping/drunk
Which one? Things you might do after smoking or having a few beers are a lot different than what you might want to do under the entheogenic influence.

Listen to "This is Trance" by Paul Oakenfield with all the lights out. Very intense, fast paced OEV's with it.

Shpongle is the best goddamned trip guide ever. As soon as I scrape the cash together, I'm snagging their albums off Amazon.

Alright, play (Pink Floyd)Dark Side of the Moon along with The Wizard of Oz playing on mute...start darkside right after the MGM lion roars for the third time in the start of Wizard of Oz...its radical, and even cooler on shrooms. Also, I did this a week ago...take your mushies in the middle of the night, the take a walk (I was in the country) and watch the sun rise...its amazing. Last, skateboarding! just roll around, god forbid you try any tricks...

Ideally when hallucinogenically inspired, being anywhere deep in the woods is great, I think, day or night.

And AGAIN if you have a pair of Grado or similar other amazing headphones. The spatial clarity and whatnot-soforth is a lot better then on even 'good' stereos. They cost about 80 dollars for the cheapest model, but it's worth it.

I love watching paintings. The colors seems to transform in to liquid or smoke. Pretty fucking cool. Also i love listening to birds chasing each other. Sounds like they are flying around with whistles and the sound just echoes for eternity.

i was trippin pretty hard at night one time...me and a few buddies, all laying on couches w/ the lights off...listened to phish, grateful dead, then we threw on ummma gummma by pink floyd...umma gumma was the trippiest thing i've ever heard. it was painting the most ridiculous and vivid pictures in my mind. at one point i stopped existing and merged with time. i had this vision of a magnificent wizard, wearing a grand and colorful robe. all of a sudden i could see each individual strand/thread in the robe. then i got sucked into one, and they ended up all being different paths through time. it was ridiculous. probably the coolest thing i've ever experienced.

I do. %) Klipsch Promedia 5.1 speakers through my Audigy. Best damned investment I ever made into my computer. Teh fidelity's awesome, the power's more than sufficient for my purposes, and I can't find anything to complain about. Friends who've spent only slightly less on the "good" 5.1 speakers by Creative or other companies -always- start cursing when they listen to stuff on my system.
I actually am seriously thinking about investing in a very good pair of headphones, but I don't have the cash, and, besides, the headphones won't have the power to drive bass thumps into the floorboards and through my whole body.

Grind 'em up as much as you can, stir 'em into OJ, and chug.

I have the midiman studiophile speakers, and in my opinion they are better than any headphones I've used, and I've checked out like $300 senheisers and samsons and stuff.. I enjoy headphones, but they just can't FILL THE ROOM WITH SOUND like headphones can.. with headphones I can feel the headphones, I know the sound is coming from the things touching my head, but when its just speakers sitting elsewhere man it can send sounds from seemingly any direction IN any direction on a much larger scale than headphones.
Of course, that's all just my opinion - I'm no audio specialist or anything (well no more than any other Shpongle addict )
