Questions
    #1772445 - 08/02/03 10:48 AM (14 years, 1 month ago)

#1 Do you believe the Bush Administration possesses credible proof that there is WMD in Iraq?

#2 Do you believe it is okay even if WMD are never found, because there were still positive outcomes to this war?

#3 Do you think that we now have to uphold the responsibility of going after every "rogue" nation that may possess WMD?

1. Not proof, but some evidence. I say wait and see.

2. I believe that this war was justified without any WMD, but I think it was wrong that that was given as a primary reason with no real proof.

3. No. Remember Iraq broke a cease fire agreement. What do you think happens when a cease-fire agreement is broken?

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C.S. Lewis

"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniencies attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it." - Thomas Jefferson
