should the water have bleach or alcohol in it to clean it or is distilled water fine

I don't understand the question, you mean for dunking the cakes? I don't think you want bleach or alcohol to come in contact with your newborn cake, just put some of the mineral water into the jar it's been in, and put it in the fridge for a day.

Yes explain yourself better .
To water with , in resivoirs for humidification systems , cleaning jars after they have been used , water in AC , whats up need a tad more info to be of any help .
