what can you do about a print that partially lifts off the foil, paper, glass, whatever you use for prints?

yes, when you make a print and take the cap off the print material, the print lifts up. the spores come up off of the foil and do not stay attached.
this is a quick drawing of what i am talking about.

i hope this explains a little better what i am talking about

This happens when the spore layer is very thick and very wet. When it fries, it lifts and cracks.

Solution: spore print for a shorter time and in a drier environment.

IMO, the best thing to do is to wait until the cap shrivels up anyway -- then you know it's pretty much dropped all the spores it's gonna.

"This happens when the spore layer is very thick and very wet. When it fries, it lifts and cracks." anno  lol did you mean dries?

this is exactly what i was thinking, but i was trying to get dark prints, maybe i will just get a handful of lighter spore prints. i was wondering cause i have some that have lifted and i have some lighter ones that haven't, still my turn to have a contest. thanks a lot for the input.
