I don't think that takes away from the tax at all, and I think the market would still be huge.
oh yeah i agree. especially with that $500/year tax for growers. that would make it so homegrown still makes money and people that don't want to work so hard can buy the corporate stuff.

What do you smoke while waiting for it to mature? What do you smoke when the same herb gets tiring and there are a million varieties of aeroponic, hydroponic, super herb at the store?
I mean, hell, even growers will probably buy from the shop.
Furthermore, not everyone will have the means to grow. In fact, I think several people WONT grow, just because getting it from the store will be so much more convenient and they can change their herb and their high to suit their needs every day.
Well Sure the first year would be a bitch if you didn't want to buy it but after that you would be set. If you had friends that grew as well all you had to do was just have each one grow a different strain then trade them. Then you all have variety. I think it would be worth buying small amounts to try different types. Hell I do that now with micro brew beer there would be a lot to choose from but once you find the few strains that are for you, you could then grow your favorites yourself. I don't like every beer I have tried I'm sure the same thing would go for Marijuana as well (Hasn't yet but might LOL). If I grew professionally I think I would grow at least 4 different types at a min maybe more.

Seriously have you even seen the outdoor strains they have now? Most of them can put some indoor stuff to shame. Go pick up this months issue of High Times and check out the outdoor strains they have in there for the Medical marijuana. From what I have see a lot of marijuana is grown out doors in California honestly its 100 times cheaper to grow outdoors so why wouldn't you? Plus your not going to get near the size that you could get inside as you would outside.
