HD in my area doesn't carry Vermiculite in the colder months for some stupid reason,

Menards does, in the insulation section.

It's called Mica-Flake.

ok my forum posting permissions have been changed..... again, to no new threads even though i did not make any new threads after it was changed back. i guess i took a dump in somebody's swimming pool, i thought this was a place to share and get feed back about your ideas, not Harvard collage with professors that doesn't tolerate individuality and free experimentation... no you must follow the tek it works its proven and if you don't then you doing it wrong, and you get an "F".... really i thought that this place was going to be more friendly, what I'm doing is working, even in the chat rooms ppl say Oh he is a troll or he is DEA or he's stupid, I never expected this kinda reception from this site

I totally agree with this guy. Why can't I make a new thread? I'm getting fruits and want to start a competition? Is everyone always going to judge me on how I first learned? I'm growing fruits, no contamination. I already have a new profile and if I need to I will post 50 dumb posts or how ever many posts I need to make before I can start my own thread again.

This is ridiculous. If what he's saying is true then this is wrong.

I dont know what you two even mean. I was able(and have seen many others) create a new thread with their very first post. Now, I dont know if you guys did something that maybe required a mod to change your permissions.

I have not done anything wrong. I had a thread that lasted a few years and has nearly 24,000 reviews with 741 replies. I'm simply trying to create a new thread. I've attached a picture of what I see after I click on the hyperlink "Threads" under your user name. Where do I go next to make the new thread? Am I overlooking something? It has been so long since I've made a thread. Either I'm an idiot and am missing where I make a new thread or someone has restricted me which I don't see why.

I'm about to start a new profile just to see if that is the issue but I would hate to do that for no good reason.

You're not alone. I don't see where you make a new thread either. I'm brand new here and I don't see where you would go next after clicking the hyperlink "Threads"

Maybe someone can better guide you.

Go back to the FORUM, like mushcult or whatever. At the top right you'll see 'post'. That's how you start a thread.

The 'threads' link is just for the threads you've responded to for updates.

:whathesaid:

You don't create new threads under "threads" the "threads" button is simply a way for you to be able to look at all your threads that you have created across the forum sections.. You go to the appropriate section of the forum you want to start a thread in and then you have the options to post a new thread...
