theorectically yes, provided they have a remote idea what they are doing and it's not freezing outside.

I have no idea what the weather(humidity, temp, light) is there But I know if you are going to try an outdoor tek that B+ is one of the best to use.
info taken from hawkseye: The infamous B+ strain of cubensis... what a chameleon this one is. This is by far the most versatile cubensis -Clyde- has ever seen. Adapting and growing in such a wide range of temperature conditions and substrates. It truly thrives to spread its seed, which by the way its a very heavy spore depositor. Not only does it grow easily indoors, -Clyde- has seen the B+ fruit outdoors several times in a wide range of temps and substrates. Several times one winter, night time low of 45F, day high of 60F, the B+ just flourished. Spring/summer, low of 75F, high of 90F, the B+ once again fruited beautifully. -Clyde- has seen it grow on alder wood, compost, straw, dung, rice, and it especially loves bird/finch seed. We've heard so many good reports back from growers in Amsterdam that just love this mushroom and how easy it grows, and how beautiful it is, its loved by many.

I have had the best luck fruiting the Ecuador strain outdoors, and I live in a far northern climate. That is the only one on your list I have experience with outdoors, so thats all I can tell you. Temperatures were dipping below the 60's and into the 50's at one point during the nights, but they just kept growing (although slowly).
Other strains fruited also, but nothing like the EQ.
