First LSD Seizure in Turkey in 34 Years
Istanbul (Cihan), TURKEY, July 27, 2003 - For the first time in 34 years, Turkish police have seized a large shipment of the drug Lysergic Acid Diethylamidpoli (LSD). Police found 950 single doses of LSD and 28,500 pills of the drug ecstacy, and arrested three people, one of them a Dutch national, in the operation.
The operation began when narcotics police received information that a large shipment of ecstasy was being smuggled into Turkey in the battery of a truck coming from Holland. An undercover officer met Emrah Gurcan in a Beyoglu cafe, and agreed to buy the ecstasy for TL20 million each and the LSD for TL45 million each. The next day, the officer accompanied Gurcan to a house in Beykoz, where Gurcan showed him the drugs. A police team then raided the house, arresting Gurcan, Baris Bozarslan, and Lahcah Robboj of the Netherlands. During interrogation Gurcan admitted to buying the drugs in Holland, and claimed it was the first time he had smuggled drugs.
Some people contend that ingesting LSD can result in very dangerous hallucinations, that taking large doses can lead to murder, suicide, or insanity, and that LSD is highly addictive.

Yeah, lsd has a profoundly peaceful impact on most people, though i have see a few cases when people have done some really stupid and rowdy things under its influence....
So, clubbing a stupid dare officer to death would not be the answer. Putting a few drops of liquid on those turkeys doughnuts and coffee would do the trick; Extremely effective use of hippie-forse.

Nah, LSD makes people go crazy and jump off buildings thinking they are birds and shit. It is smoking weed that makes people violent and want to beat up DARE officers. Now alcohol, on the other hand, helps keep everybody calm and sane... no problems with alcohol, no-sir.

People on LSD jump off buildings because they think they can fly. People on alcohol drive cars because they think they can drive.
Difference: Funnier deaths on LSD.

Lsd is one of those things that needs to be administered to everyone like a shot in grade school. then we might not have to deal with all of these nuts with atom bombs. someone shlould release enough lsd into the atmosphere for a world wide trip, that would be somthing, eh?
-------------------- PEACE zippoz "in times of widespread chaos and confusion, it has been the duty of more advanced human beings - artists, scientists, clowns, and philosophers - to create order. In such times as ours however, when there is too much order, too much m management, too much programming and control, it becomes the duty of superior men and women and women to fling their favorite monkey wrenches into the machinery. To relieve the repression of the human spirit, they must sow doubt and disruption" "People do it every day, they talk to themselves ... they see themselves as they'd like to be, they don't have the courage you have, to just run with it."
