my new datura cutting
    #1750863 - 07/26/03 04:14 PM (13 years, 5 months ago)

i found a datura plant that was getting baked to death by the sun yesterday, so i took a cutting from it. i put in some water overnight and planted it in a pot a couple hours ago. it has already started to recover. the whole plant was pretty limp and wilted when i found it, but now the big leaves are are back to normal and the flower on top is pushing its way out.

does anyone know what species of datura this is? there is a purple line that runs along the rim of the flowers.

It is need imposable for a plant to go to seed and grow new roots all at the same time pick of the pod and put it in a humitity dome.

Seeds are to be haved over the net fairly ez if you plant dies grow you own.
