I don't see why it wouldn't. Give it some time and see how it goes. You might want to try and case it like Yeti says.

hard to tell from the pic but that doe not look healthy i see green in there broken cakes will work fine if it is 100 % colonized but looks to me like solid brown where it broke so i highly doubt it

Doesn't look fully colonized to me either. I would leave it and see what happens.

The cake has been dropped and it is full of perlite all over it, also there has been half way dropped in water for 3-4 days... will it be ok ?

it could still fruit with no contams but i highly doubt it. you need to put the cake on something instead of letting it sit on the perlite. use a tupperware lid or a peice of foil.

If you made that many jars and have such a low sucess rate, your moisture levels are off. Read Anno's PF Tek at http://www.fungifun.org/pf/pf_en.htm for instructions on how to mix that substrate perfectly. When I began using this, I went from a 25% sucess rate (that is, 25% of inoculated jars grew any mycelia, some of them contammed even) to a 100% rate :-) This is the shit
