best time to start an outdoor patch in PA

my goldfish wants to know when would the best time of year to start an outdoor patch in northeast PA?

Whenever the weather is favorable for growing. Temp...mid 70's to mid 80's. Humidity...85% to 95%. I plan on starting one in North Florida when this storm blows over. Temp gets a little high down here but the mushrooms don't seem to mind.

well i just innoculated 6 jars with B+. And im planning on putting the spent cakes in the ground and covering them with poo/straw or something like that next year. So next year around may or june would be a good time to start the patch?

I have one going in south Georgia and I think this stormy weather is holding it back. All I've gotten for the past week is about four skinny miniature shrooms.
