does the ultra sonic humidier over saturate your terrarium?
    #1745951 - 07/24/03 08:17 PM (20 years, 8 months ago)

I was wondering if the "ultra sonic humidifier" over  :mushroom2:saturates the terrarium? this is my first attempt and I am doing th PF tek method due to my inexperience. Does it pay to use the humidifier or should I go with a perolite method. Also If I use the humidifier, do I still have to circulate the air or gasses? And maybe how often... Help is greatly appreciated.... thanks

You need to experiment with a timing switch.
This also belongs in M.C; so I am moving it there

Check the recent posts here, theres a Humidifier FAQ post thats pretty good. You can use the search function and theres a good refrence guide.
From what I have read,a ultrasonic is a bit much for most terrariums.
