Hey there,
What was the time frame between pictures where you are filling in around the cakes with casing mix (picture 1&2) and the big pins (picture 3) and then (pictures 4&5) the rest.

so you didnt break up the cakes ?(it seems that way in the pic)
I dont know much about casings but looking at the results you got , it seems one doesnt even have to bother

Wow, great results Anno. Skip was looking for the easiest casing method. This looks like it. way easier than using a food processor and grinding each cake.
What was the greatest wet weight per cake for the first flush?
The cake on the front right looks likes the winner.

Very good Anno!!
Note:The size of most fruits amost double in the last day till fully open, thats why i always leave them till they open fully folks!!
And theres no loss in potency from what ive tried eating anyway!
