 Instant mushroom Kits (what is in them)?

I'm sure by now everyone has heard of the instant mushroom kit... I was wondering what is in these kits? PF cakes would work ok, but those take too long to colonize. Unfortunately I am unaware of any type of grain that will do ok when fruited without a casing layer. From the pictures at certain sites that sell these instant kits, it looks like they are rye grass or something like that.... anyone know?

I don't want to post a link upto the site or mention what site it is because that would create some bad issues with copyright/patent infringement perhaps (like in the Poor Man's Pod thread). Anyways... if you look at pictures on that perticular retailers sight, you can see that it's definetly not a BRF cake.

Alright you guys totally missed the point. I don't want to seem mean or something but I didn't post this shit so that I could get your opinions on growkits, I don't need to use gro kits. I am not a master but I certainly am capable of doing my own sterilizing and mixing of substrate. The reason I asked about that grow kits was because I wanted to make one of the growkits (minus the innoculation capsule) myself, so that I could grow invitro efficiently.

The instant kits aren't BRF/Verm, it's some sort of grain. I think rye berries. The button is pressed on top, it releases spores, you shake it up and leave alone for 40 or so days and you pick the invitro shrooms.

Well I think Instant mushroom Kits are illegal in the USA(I could be wrong) thats why prof.PF got busted for selling spores with info how to grow them

I'm not sure if they are illegal but they can't be shipped here and I guess it's as good as intent to cultivate. How do you dismiss something that can only be used to cultivate invitro shrooms? lol. I don't think they aren't shipped here because they are illegal, I think they aren't shipped here because they don't want to take the risk of finding out.

Yeah mycobags are a good idea. More expensive to buy a mycobag + spore + s&h and not as much AT ALL for your money-but still a good GREAT idea for beginners. So this cocksucker I know tells me.

I really don't want to buy anything, I have no interestin a kit, I would rather learn the hardway and reap the benefits (as I have been the last couple of months), I just thought it would be a cool idea to make these kits if you weren't presented with a good opportunity to have a full sized terrarium.
