Blewit slurry need advice

Boiled some water, poured it in a clean mason jar and put the lid on. Waited till it cool, then poured half in the blender (that just had boiling water in it to clean it). Then added blewits pinch of salt and dab of molasses then pulsed it several times. Poured it back into the mason jar and closed the lid. Stored in the dark at 68-70 degrees since this morning.

My question is what the hell am I doing...and what should I do next? If I can I want to either get liquid culture extracted from it or simply throw it outside on the ground with wood chips or straw or whatever...

It's not aseptic so you'll have to throw it on some chips outside.  In my experience, lepista nuda love thick blankets of pine needles, so if you have any pines around that drop their needles and don't get raked clean just pour/spray it all over the duff. :thumbup:

Ok thanks! I don't live around any pine needles I have some "hard wood" wood shavings laying around will they work ok? What are the preferred wood chips to use and where can I buy them? Or is sawdust better? Thanks again!

Sounds like it.  Fuel pellets/wood pellet animal bedding is a good source of clean sawdust.  :thumbup:
