How to signup to a VPN service using completely anonyminity

Ok folks, I think it's about time that I finally get round to paying for a reliable and secure VPN service. It's been playing on my mind for quite a while now so since I've got a little spare cash, there's no better time than now to go ahead and sign up. The thing is though, I really want to sign up without having to hand over any personal identifiable information. In my opinion, it really defeats the purpose signing up using your very own credit card. So anyway, after doing a little hunting around, I came across StrongVPN who are happy to accept Western Union (WU) as a form of payment. This certainly seems like my best option, but at the same time, they request a mobile phone number and an email address.
Do you think this seems like the best plausible option? I could always used a prepaid cellphone number and a bogus email address. Other than that, I can't imagine they would want any other information, but then again, don't hold me on that one.
So I was just wondering what your thoughts were? Does this seem like my best option or is there an even better VPN provider out there that requires no personal information whatsoever?
Anyway, a little input would be great and I look forward to hearing your input.
Thanks again and much love!

Rather than a bogus email address, you can use something like mailinator. That way, if they send you something important, you can get it, but yet you remain anonymous.

Out of curiosity, does a service like mailinator last for a while or is it one of these services that only keeps your inbox open for a short period of time, say an hour for example? The reason I ask is because f the VPN service wanted to get in touch with you for whatever reason six months down the line, they wouldn't be able to get in contact unless the email used was permanent.
My plan is, if I'm going to open a VPN account, I'm going to go with a full years service. I already have a pre-paid cellphone number so there's no issue there. My only concern is the email address. But I guess then, even that's not too big of a deal is it?
Out of curiosity, would paying by Western Union be the most private and secure method for registering?
