Ready for Birth?

Hey guys,
I have a question about if some of my jars are ready for birth. It has been 21 days and they are completely covered with mycelium.
This is my first try at this so please excuse my ignorance?.

I have read many articles, some saying to wait until I see small pins foaming others saying to birth after 3 days of complete coverage. I attached a picture of one of the jars for you guys & gals to take a look at.

Please let me know what your advice would be.

As a follow up question, I have my terrariums stabilized at 91% humidity using a cold are humidifier. The temperature however is stabilized at 72 degrees. Is there anything I can do bring that temp up a few degrees?

Fruit the cake, put the terrarium in another container to maybe pump temp up, and get rid of the Epson :smile:
