There is a crappy picture of what i found, I just made it so you have an idea of how big they are.
They were found growing on lawns after rainfall The gills are brownish/black and i dont believe connect to the stem, and if it does, it is at the very top of it. the stem is thin and of brownish/white color The cap is light brown with a slightly darker "nipple" I'm taking a spore print now, just wanted to see if anyone could get an ID beforehand
thanks for you time and knowledge

Well, if the spore print is dark brown/purpleish Id say it was a Panaeolus foenisecii.

Are these known to grow in Colorado? I've seen these same ones or at least similar ones growing all over after rain in lawns.

Here in Colorado the common lawn mushroom that looks like those (but in focus) is Panaeolus foenisecii, which is very common. Panaeolus subbalteatus is also recorded from this state, but it doesn't normally occur in lawns.
Happy mushrooming!

They are most likely mushrooms of some kind.

Mr mushrooms, I picked some more and yea, they are, but a few hours after picking the gills get real dark and cant see it anymore
I'm checking spore prints from new batch I found and will put up some better pics
Also, I found a SHITLOAD of these other mushrooms that I'm praying are active... They were found growing on a lawn in huge clusters(I found 200 - 300 in a 5 foot area, and spent several hours picking them all) They were all tan once i picked them and a few hours after, dried and a little dark dot appeared on the "nipple"(what's another word for this point?) of the cap. The gills were not attached to the stem(or perhaps a little very high up) And the gills bruised blue
I'm taking a spore print now and I'll upload pics in a day

I'm particularly interested in the second ones, is it possible they are poisonous?

Without knowing exactly what they are, you should assume they are until you know otherwise.
A spore print will be important in helping to identify those (which you're working on already, according to your earlier post).
You state in that earlier post that the gills bruised blue, but that isn't apparent in these photos. Or if it is, I'm missing it. If you could show a photo of that it would be great.
These were found in a lawn? Was the lawn fertilized with manure?
Happy mushrooming!

I'm thinking they're Conocybes of some sort... No, they are not active, and Yes- they could be poisonous.

The photos were taken several hours after they were picked and no longer did it...
No idea if the lawn was fertalized or not, it was extremely potent in mushrooms(I found about 5 different kinds and about 500 mushrooms total) so I assume so...
And both mushrooms are definitly 100% not active?

They don't look active to me.
I was thinking what Gumby said... those look like Conocybes.
While there is an active species in the genus Conocybe, there is also a deadly poisonous species. That's enough reason to discourage people from trying mushrooms from that genus. Nothing is worth being poisoned like that.
Better luck next time.
Happy mushrooming!

Will a spore print tell whether its active or poisonous?

A spore print helps us place exactly which genus they are. Some genera have a lot of active species, others have few or none.
Just looking at those photos, a wild guess would be that those are Conocybe lactea, a very common lawn mushroom this time of year. If so, the spore print will come out rust-brown colored. Being certain of that ID, even if the spore print is right, would require a microscope.
Other colors of spore print would point us in other directions. Spore prints are very important for mushrooms you plan to eat (for whatever reason), because you want to be certain you're not getting any of the deadly mushrooms. Rust-brown is a bad color or spore prints for mushrooms you might eat because Cortinarius, Galerina, and Conocybe all have spore prints that color and all have species that have caused deaths.
Remember that, for identification purposes, a spore print must be made on white paper. If you're going to use the spore print for something else, then you can do the print on whatever suits your fancy.
Happy mushrooming!

I must add to this. When I first started hunting, one of my field guides said to take a print on a half white, half black piece of paper to get a good indication of color. In my own experiences this helps very much, allowing you to see contrast which would otherwise be invisible on plain white paper.
