My friend tried it by growing spores out on rye (See Vaults of Erowid site for the foolproof mycelial culture tek) and mixing it with cranberry juice and vitamin C. Mild results, nothing fantastic, not poisonous, on about 1/2 of a quart jar.

2 pointers.

1. don't use cakes containing verm. for that. nasty taste, possible asbestos.

2. they will be much stronger after pinning has begun.
