What's up? I am doing that out door thing. I have a couple of patches where I just dug a hole and inserted mycelium and then covered it up with top soil. I was just trying to see if they would like it out there. They seem to be digging it. I had one patch shoot up like 7 small but nicely developed shrooms. There's a lot of decomposing pine straw so there was pretty high acidity in the soil, so I think that's why the fruits were so small. Any ways I put a layer of basified peat out and they like it but it just drys out too damn quick and I was wondering if I should mix some straw in or if there would be a better idea. I just need something that can hold in that water a little better. The peat is that finely ground shit. I couldn't find any of the long shit that TMC was talking about.

Our quest for discovery fuels our creativity in all fields, not just science. If we reached the end of the line, the human spirit would shrivel and die. But I don't think we will ever stand still: we shall increase in complexity, if not in depth, and shall always be the center on an expanding horizon of possibilities.
