So I've been in the process of cracker drying a few cubes. I've been using a fan powered space heater and have been running it in 2 hour intervals over the aforementioned mushrooms. There are a couple black and blue spots on the more mature mushrooms (which some of the larger mushrooms weighed around 35g-40 wet by themselves, is this normal?). I know that cubes bruise blue, but the black is a bit disconcerting, and I'm really hoping that these aren't indications of rot. I placed them in desiccant before I left the house, and when I got back, they had sogged up a bit, and I'm really concerned that they won't dry out in time to hold their potency/keep from rotting, as it's been over 24 hours for some of the harvested fruits. I don't have any pictures at the moment, but from experience, would y'all say that they're pretty much wasted, or am I still in the clear. Thanks guys! <3

24 hours is fine, I've been having a bitch of a time with a tray lately and I've been picking one mushroom at a time, almost once everyday, I just toss it on the counter. No fan, no heat. Couple days later it is dry. No hassle, no rot.

Paper bags or paper towels... Have a layer of either under the fruits. Replace that layer twice a day. The water in the fruits will be sucked out and if you have a fan on them it will speed up the drying.
If you don't replace the paper then they will just sit on soggy paper which could leed to a dangerous black mold. The quicker the drying without to much heat the less chance of contamination.
You can do this and set it on your oven top, if you have a oven that has a overhead fan. Switch it on and it will pull all that evaporated water away from your fruits.
If you feed a mush that wasn't dried properly to someone with a severe mold allergy it could kill them. 99% of other people would be fine.
