First Grow, Bruising and Deformation questions (HQ PICS)

As the title says, this is my first grow, first flush. I'm excited to finally see the fruits of my labor, but I'm not sure I'm 100% satisfied with the results. As you can see I have some severe bruising on my cakes. Been reading a lot on here, but still not totally sure why. I also have a couple shrooms that are veil breaking weird or maybe just kinda mutated, was wondering what you guys thought of those. I have been misting fairly heavily and fanning fairly vigorously about 3 times a day. FC is in a closet. Cakes not all birthed at same time. I use a florescent light 12/12 cycle, although not always exact. I use a small space heater a couple feet outside of the closet to keep the temperature up (Cold, dry climate), so FC temp ranges from 65-83F, depending on if it's day or night and if I keep the heater running always. Humidity usually stays at 99% just fine, but sometimes it'll drop to as low as 85% sometimes (Not sure if it's dry air outside the FC from space heater, or if my meter is lying, which I don't think it is).
So I have some questions and want feedback. Why are some of my cakes so heavily bruised? Does bruising stunt growth or prevent pinning? Are those couple weird shrooms starting to veil break weird, or are they just deformed? Overall, how do you think I'm doing for my first grow, and what should I be doing different or does anything look wrong?
Thank you so much you guys! I appreciate opinions and help from more experienced cultivators.

Closets suck for SGFCs, you need more space for the chamber. It should be in the middle of a room with no fans running, and it should be raised at least an inch off of the surface so that air can pass up thru the bottom holes and thru the perlite, carrying the evaporating water up into the chamber, thus keeping the humidity high at all times.
The bruising could be from drying out, misting too hard, or from handling them. It might affect pinning in that area.
The mutants are just that, mutants from a MS(Multi-Spore) crapshoot, you did not will the genetic lottery this time.
This is why we isolate monocultures on agar, to stray away from unwanted genetics and keep only the best performers.
If the SGFC was built to spec, and is in a room with no fan and raised, then your humidity would be perfect and that hygrometer would not be needed.

My SGFC is built perfectly to specs, I was very careful about that. Also, it is raised, and lifted over an inch above the table it sits on. And I don't have a fan, but I needed a heater outside the closet because otherwise the temperature won't ever get above the lower 60's. Also, It is in a closet, but I usually leave the door at least halfway open when I can because I figure closet air might not be the freshest if the doors closed. Won't they grow ridiculously slowly and not pin well if the fc is between 55 and 60 degrees always? I have no other way to heat the room...

Take it easy on the misting, blast the sides of the SGFC, the blow back from the blast to the wall will send a finer mist onto the cakes.

The closet explains a lot. Stale air syndrome.
I suggest fanning moar. Or move the thing out of the closet, which doesn't provide enough FAE to allow the SGFC to perform properly.
The aerial mycelium is proof of that. And I know for a fact it can bruise from simply misting.
