How to go about harvesting spores from my first grow

Hey guys I'm new to the site and this is my first post. I am curious as to how YOU harvest your spores, so I have an idea of what to expect.
I have a few questions that I hope someone will help shed light on:
1) Is it better to harvest spores from the first flush? (young=healthiest?)
2) Will the spores of one mushroom adversely affect the growth/potency of immature, growing mushrooms.
Basically, I want to harvest enough spores to make a new generation each grow.

1. Doesn't matter with spores. If you're cloning younger=healthier/more vigorus. With spores genetics will be all over the place regardless of the flush.
2. Do you mean will spores that come into contact with immature mushrooms will make them less potent? No

1. Yes harvest first flush, that way your able to print immediately and not delay and chance contam. 2. Not sure what you mean...spores won't hurt anything
To harvest prints prick a needle through the "nipple" of the cap, cut stem as close as possible to cap(disinfect cutting utensil), lay on foil in SAB is as simple as it gets.

So it's okay if a mature mushroom drops spores in the same chamber as still growing mushrooms?

Being new and paranoid out of ignorance and wanting to avoid all the mistakes your mind makes up while you're still gaining an understanding of what you're doing, if my start was anything to go by... :P

The spores will never have a chance to germinate and grow, so it is essentially like dropping a dust storm on top of the baby pins. I have heard (but this could be myth repeating, I certainly never did side by side grows to be sure) that this causes some additional aborts.
It should make no difference if you are doing a hydration step since you are washing the sub clean at that point.
On the other hand, I've neglected tubs, gotten some serious spore dumps (so many spores they crusted on your finger when you wiped a lower cap with it), and then gotten great next flushes.
And the less times you harvest, the less times you have disturbing the pins "next-door", so they have a better chance of survival from that aspect. So I prefer a full open flush.
But that also means leaving 1/2 size aborts to rot for a couple of days, possibly impacting others.
On the other other hand, depends on which strain/sub-strain.
PE doesn't drop, or doesn't drop much, or is barely visible when it does. AND it keeps growing, filling out the sides, adding weight and height LONG after the caps fully open, so I delay picking those as long as possible.
