Hi,
I wanted to share this picture and hope that some other noobs see and appreciate that the PF Tek really does work in spite of our noobness.

This is a cake from the wrong size jar, quarter pint, and because it was half the size it was supposed to be, I figure I must have PCd it too long since there was less substrate in the jar and I used the timeframe recommended for a half pint jar. Did it cook some? I don't know. Maybe. Anyway, I am quite pleased with this cake's second flush in spite of my mistakes. [I have the correct jars now.]
Thanks for looking!

Nice job dude. Quarter pints produce small fruits but they work better than tall half-pints

True and I know this because my first batch was done with tall 1/2 pints, again total nooby oblivousness. Can't wait to see how my 1/2 pint wide-mouths do. Slobber drool....
