Do u have any holes in the chamber. It looks like you were trying to go fora SGFC, but I see no holes.
There should be 1/4"(6mm) holes spaced 2" apart on all 6 sides in a grid pattern(top and bottom) with 4-5" of moist perlite in a SGFC.
Did you wait a full week after they hit 100% to birth them, or did you just birt them as the hit 100%?
I only ask these questions because of the puffyness, or aerial mycellium I am seeing, this is telling me they either needed more consolidation time or they are lacking FAE(Fresh Air Exchange).
Also, what is your mistint/fanning schedule?

I can tell you that you did or are doing something wrong, but I have no idea what yet, I need more info...
Did you wait a full week after they hit 100% to birth them, or did you just birt them as the hit 100%?
Also, what is your mistint/fanning schedule?
What kind of lighting and what schedule are they on?

They should have had light from the start, they tend to pin faster than ones that aren't given ambient light from the start.
The light should be between 5000K and 7000K on a 12/12 schedule.(6500K is recommended)
Light has been proven beneficial during all stages of mycellium growth. Mushrooms like mammals have a circadian rhythm.
You want ambient/indirect light(on a 12/12 schedule preferably) for colonization and consolidation.
You want direct/intense 6500K light on a 12/12 schedule for fruiting.
You still haven't told me your misting/fanning schedule.
I am going to suggest building a proper SGFC for your first time, you will get better results and the cakes will aprreciate it more as well...its easy and you could probably use that same tub.

i drilled some holes in the lid, and on the sides and since i did that, the pins that where already pinning tripled in size, and new pins have started to form.
