Cakes Not Fruiting, is it too cold in san francisco?

I dunked and rolled my cakes about 6 weeks ago,I mist and fan 3 to 5 times a day. Full Spectrum light from the side 12 hours a day. But no pinning , what am I doing wrong?

Wow, six weeks is a ridiculously long time without fruiting. Were they 100% colonized when you birthed? Did you wait a week after 100% colonization to birth?

It looks like your cakes are bluing, thats caused from not enough moisture in the cakes. Dunk them again and put them back into your FC.
What is your temp in the FC and the humidity?
Also, you might want to get that light above the chamber or your fruits will grow towards the light.
