Galindoi atl#7 fail..no pins, no fruits, some truffles- need help fruiting

Culled 3 quart jars of truffles, then took remaining grain and it was cased and went in the FC...
A month later no pinning had occurred while 3 other cubensis trays raged hard fruiting multiple flushes.
Not sure what went wrong, the only factors that seem to be possible are:
- the fact that truffles were culled before fruiting(maybe they should be left in to harvest when the fruits are harvested???)
And -the fact that the tray was covered and given a chance for the grains to recover at room temp for a few days before the casing layer went on and the tray went into the FC
Anyone had this happen? More jars of galindoi and Mexicana A are ready to pop now if a plan is in place, just want to make sure they don't fail this time...would really like some of these potent fruits for the holiday season!!!!

room temp flux is between 69-81 near the room heaters by the outside wall, but near the fruiting chamber it's always more stable around 72-75

They are known to be difficult fruiters, harvesting the stones and recasing the grains is not the issue as that is standard practice. I failed to get fruits from Mexicana as well and now I'm giving it a try with atl7. I have 3 jars that have been fully colonized for a couple weeks but I'm gonna wait for stones to come in. Sorry I can't give you advice on fruiting them, hopefully someone with experience will chime in cause I need help as well

is it possible that with atl7 and similar varieties that the more screlotia you let it produce the harder of a time youll have getting it to fruit?

This is what I'm worried about!
For example which would fruit better, a galindoi or mexicana jar that is fully colonized and has been pumping out sclerotia for 2+ months...OR one that has just just finished colonizing??

Got some alt7 fruiting right now temps 62-72. I use 4 month old spawn truffles and all. 1 quarts rbs spawn to 1 qaurt 30/40/30 verm/coir/alfalfa. I let it fully recover about 10 days. Then cases with standard 50/50+. 10-15 days I start getting pins. I do have a tray of regular Atlantis side by side, same everything else no pins at 23 days in fruiting.

What kind of fruiting chamber are you using and what kind of trays, just realized that the trays sides went an inch or so higher than the top of the grain and casing material

I use a sgfc. I use the tray from the dollar store with the clear lids 9"x12"x1.5". I try to keep sub depth 1.25" and the casing .25". 2 quarts fill these trays perfectly.
