First grow questions and advice..

Ok so first off its nice to finally be a member after lurking for some time and gaining a ton of information. Now I'm about to embark on my first grow and am dimly looking for some input and or advice on my set up, technique, etc.
I have 5 spore syringes, 4 Golden Teachers and 1 PF Standard.
I also have 24 pre sterilized quart jars of rye berry with inoculation lids. Now will I be able to colonize these 24 jars with 5 standard syringes? I assumed I will have a little left over if using 2cc per jar however is this enough?
I have 4 roughly 18 gallon storage bins that i will be placing the jars in to inoculate and colonize. Will a 1500 watt space heater be adequate to raise the ambient temperature of the room to the right degree?
Once fully colonize I plan on casing what i have as well as using a couple jars to colonize some more jars.
Im planning on sterilizing the 18 gallon bins and using those as the vessel for casing. Will 4 of these be enough for 24 quart jars of substrate and roughly how many jars would I use for each bin. Or is it just a guesstimate of sorts judging by the depth of the colonized substrate in the bin?
For the casing i plan on using vermiculite. Now when casing should I put layer of hydrated vermiculite on the bottom on the bin and then the colonized substrate or just put the substrate directly on the bottom of the bin? Or is it better to just place one layer 1/4 in thick on top of the substrate?
Now once in the casing do I have to mist or use anything for humidity or does the vermiculite control that on its on? Ive seem conflicting advice on this so i just want to make sure. Also do I have to have a lid on the casings?
Now on the subject of light, when must the 12 hours of light be introduced to the casing, once it is fully colonized? Once it is colonized is there anything else I must do once colonized or is it simply best to sit it out and wait.
Sorry for the bunch of questions and by no means does anyone need to answer them all, but if you have answers by all means help! Any input or advice will be greatly appreciated!
Lastly i know it is hard to judge but roughly if all goes well how much in weight will I expect to harvest, that is on a best case scenario? I know it is full of factors and things that I cannot control but just saying on a best case scenario.
Thanks a bunch! Jordan

1 CC per jar is plenty. While Your waiting for bags to coloniz you can read up on everyone's favorite monotub teks, lighting, using rye and all that.

When you say 'casing' do you mean casing - eg you're going to just put the grain in a tray and cover it with a casing layer or do you mean spawning - eg mixing it with a bulk sub and letting it colonise again.
Casing has been shown as a very inefficient method of getting fruits, I'd look into spawning to coir and verm as per this thread , for instance.
