Opinions...

Okay, not to bring up old threads (and yes, I read them all) but I heard a friend was currently in the process of trying the 'Fast Food of the Gods' Tek, and it's going very well. He's used the PF-Tek many, many times with great avail, however he hasn't had time to spend so thought he'd try the FFOTG method this time.

Now, he said everything seems to be going well, colonization started in just 3 days, and is now working it's way throught the substrate well with no coloration, etc. The only thing he's slightly worried about, is since it's not packed in a jar, he can see that on the top of the dry vermiculite layer, is a pure white kinda spiderweb afro looking growth coming from the center. Is this okay, or is there any adjustments to temp/humidity he may want to make, etc.?

Hope someone can help...
