How large must a PC be to fit at least 1 quart jar in it?

I had something like an 8 qt. in mind.

Taken from the pressurecooker outlet website (http://www.pressurecooker-outlet.com):
18 qt capacity will hold (24) 1/2 pints, (10) pint jars, (7) Quart jars
23 qt capacity will hold (24) 1/2 pints, (20) pint jars, (7) quart jars
Of course inside diameter for a particular model matters.
The pressure cooker outlet has several brands including presto, american standard, mirro, maitre's & innova. You're really looking for a pressure canner, not cookers. The cookers are like only 4, 6, or 8 quart in capacity. Too small for our projects!
hope that helps, I'm shopping for one myself.

I'm just looking for an electric PC and other than AA's 25x stereclave, which is $400, the only others are a maximum of 8 qts. Even if I can only do one qt jar at a time, at least I ca do that.
