DAMN COBWEB..ugh......

Anyway...my friend took a colonized straw bag and tossed it in with 3 other bags into a container. he cased the bottom..he also cased the top with dry verm, and covered it with tinfoil, and set it aside fro a few days, waiting for the conlized portion to take over everything. He checked it today and of course, what's there but the cobweb. So he did this...he sprayed down heavily with h202, and stuck it in a terrarium without the tinfoil cover, in the dark, but with the lid of the terrarium slightly open to air the thing out as the cobweb is obviously thriving on the humidity..Is this ok?
